Vintage dress from American Designer Bill Blass. The dress is layered with ruffled creme chiffon crepe and it zips up the back. The long sleeves have ruffled cuffs. Bill Blass Collection III label, care label and union label. The dress is in excellent condition. Measurements of the dress is similiar to a size 8. My mannequin is a size 10 and dress fits well on the top but a little tight around the hips.
