Handmade Tartan Plaid Kilt Skirt. Size Medium 8-10 Size 26 inch waist and 28 inch total length. Wrap around skirt with fringe end and metal pin. Unlined. This was sewn from a Highland Kilt skirt kit I bought on Etsy. This is the second kilt skirt I made using a vintage kilt kit. Fabric is 30% Polyester, 30% Wool & 40% Acrylic.
